Guests of Góralska Tradycja appreciate our cuisine for its highest quality products and finesse for joining flavors. Tradition after all obliges. However, tradition cannot be mistaken with monotony. To provide ever new sensations, Chef Dariusz Siciarz has prepared a completely new menu. Based on local products from trusted suppliers, he has composed a menu full of dishes characteristic of our region, often juxtaposed with surprising additions in a modern way. Highlander lamb served in a crispy rosemary shell accompanied by a Highlander spinach potato cake or trout from the only Polish mountain farm, are just some of the proposals which taste from the Highland region plays first violin.
